Mounds Public School would like to inform our community that a brush pile was burned on district property yesterday after school hours as part of grounds maintenance. We understand that the smoke and activity may have caused concern for some residents.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to maintain safe and clean facilities. Moving forward, the district will make every effort to provide advance notice to the community prior to any additional controlled burns.
